Step One: Discussion and Agreement

Step Two: Review and Plan the Project
Once the project and parts have been reviewed, manufacturing engineers start planning the stamping process. They decide which tools and equipment are needed and estimate the costs. At this stage, the manufacturer and client discuss design ideas and ways to keep costs reasonable, making sure the price works for everyone.
Step Three: Finalization of Project
Following engineering review and clarification of parts/costs associated with the stamping project, designs can become finalized as materials are chosen and dimensions are calculated. After engineers review the project and confirm the parts and costs, the design is finalized. Materials are selected and dimensions are set. At this point, manufacturers check all project details with the customer, set a timeline, and provide a final quote and recommendations, and rates before production begins, customers receive a full overview of what is needed for the project, how long it will take, and a comprehensive breakdown of the cost.
Step Four: Production and Delivery
Next comes the stamping process. Approved designs are turned into prototypes that match the customer’s required sizes and details.
